1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or assembled lawn mowers

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

3. Return Authorization

  • All returns require prior authorization.

  • To request a return, contact us at support@mowprousa.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
